Welcome to Mihoraa (the “App”), a comprehensive clinic management platform that helps clinics manage appointments, patient medical records, billing, inventory, staff communication, and more. By accessing or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Introduction

Mihoraa provides a full suite of clinic management tools including online booking, electronic medical records (EMR), automated SMS and email reminders, advanced billing and invoicing, gift certificate management, inventory tracking, multi-branch management, staff messaging via Telegram, reporting and analytics, and a free SEO-optimized marketing website. These Terms govern your use of all features and services within the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use the App.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information, including patient and clinic details.
  • Use the App only for lawful purposes.
  • Ensure that patient data entered into the EMR is handled in accordance with applicable healthcare privacy laws.
  • Do not engage in unauthorized access or disrupt the service.

4. Appointments, Records & Services

  • Users can book, reschedule, and cancel appointments through the App.
  • Late cancellations may be subject to clinic-specific policies.
  • Patient EMR data (notes, prescriptions, history) is stored securely and is accessible only to authorized clinic staff.
  • Automated SMS and email reminders will be sent to patients using the contact information provided during booking. By booking an appointment, patients consent to receive these communications.
  • Inventory records and reports are accessible to authorized staff only based on their assigned role.

5. Billing, Payments & Gift Certificates

  • Payments, partial payments, and discounts are processed through the App's billing module or third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details.
  • Gift certificates can be created, printed, and redeemed through the App. Their validity and terms are set by the clinic.
  • Refunds follow the clinic's individual policy.

6. Multi-Branch & Role-Based Access

Clinics with multiple locations can manage branches through a single account. Access to data and features is restricted based on the role assigned to each staff member. Clinic administrators are responsible for maintaining accurate role assignments and revoking access for departed staff.

7. Third-Party Integrations

Mihoraa integrates with third-party services including Telegram (for staff messaging) and external payment gateways. Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective third-party's terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.

8. Marketing Website

Each plan includes a free SEO-optimized marketing website for your clinic. You are responsible for ensuring the content published on your marketing website is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe third-party rights.

9. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you consent to our data practices.

11. Prohibited Activities

  • No unauthorized data collection (scraping, hacking).
  • No impersonation or false information submission.
  • No abusive or harmful behavior toward staff or other users.
  • No use of patient medical records for purposes other than lawful clinic operations.

12. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime, but we are not liable for unexpected downtimes or technical issues.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means acceptance of the new terms.
