  • Communication Data: Details used to send automated SMS and email reminders, confirmations, and follow-ups to patients.
  • Staff Messaging Data: Messages and files exchanged through the Telegram-powered staff messaging feature are subject to Telegram's own privacy policy.
  • Usage Data: App interactions (e.g., booking history, session logs, analytics reports), IP address, and browser type.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • Appointment Management: Schedule, confirm, and send automated SMS/email reminders and follow-ups to patients.
